Description

A vulnerability has been found in VIWIS LMS 9.11 and classified as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the component File Upload. In VIWIS LMS 9.11 wurde eine Schwachstelle gefunden. Sie wurde als problematisch eingestuft. Betroffen ist eine unbekannte Verarbeitung der Komponente File Upload. Durch Manipulation des Arguments filename mit unbekannten Daten kann eine cross site scripting-Schwachstelle ausgenutzt werden. Der Angriff kann über das Netzwerk passieren. Ein Aktualisieren auf die Version 9.12 vermag dieses Problem zu lösen. Als bestmögliche Massnahme wird das Einspielen eines Upgrades empfohlen.
